Terms of Service

1. Seller

The online shop shop.tlos.hr is operated by:

These terms apply to all purchases in the shop.tlos.hr online shop. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

2. Products

Our bottles and figurines are made by hand. Individual pieces may therefore differ slightly in shape and detail, from one another and from the photos. These differences are not defects; they are a feature of handmade work. Colours in photos may look slightly different depending on your screen.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is not included in the product price and is shown before you confirm your order.

We may change prices, but your order is charged at the price shown when you placed it. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it, and we will refund the full amount paid.

4. Orders and conclusion of the contract

You place an order by clicking the payment button at checkout. Before that, you can review and correct all details. After you place the order, you receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we send you this confirmation.

The contract is concluded in Croatian. We store your order details, and you can view them in the confirmation email and in your customer account.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or we cannot deliver to the address provided. In that case we will contact you and refund the full amount paid.

5. Payment

You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery via GLS. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card details are processed by the payment provider; we do not see or store them.

6. Delivery

We process your order within 24 hours and ship it within 5 to 7 working days, because every bottle is made by hand. Prices, countries and other delivery terms are listed in the Shipping Policy: https://shop.tlos.hr/en/policies/shipping-policy

If we cannot ship within this period, we will contact you. If the new date does not suit you, you can cancel the order and we will refund the full amount.

The risk of damage to or loss of the product passes to you when you receive the parcel.

7. Right of withdrawal

You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The procedure, costs and withdrawal form are set out in the Refund Policy: https://shop.tlos.hr/en/policies/refund-policy

8. Liability for defects

We are liable for our products under the Croatian Civil Obligations Act and Consumer Protection Act. If a product is defective or arrives damaged, contact us at shop@tlos.hr. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

9. Complaints

You can send a complaint by email to shop@tlos.hr or by post to the seller's address. We will confirm receipt without delay and send a written reply within 15 days of receiving it.

If we cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, you can contact an alternative consumer dispute resolution body, [fill in name of body], or the competent court.

10. Copyright

Photos, texts and design in the online shop are protected by copyright. They may not be used without our written permission.

11. Personal data

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Each order is governed by the terms published at the time it was placed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer living in another European Union country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of that country.
